A LETTER sent by her 12 year-old son, apologising and professing his undying love, moved many people, especially Shalwati Norshal to tears.
Azizul Raheem Awalludin, who is Tourism Malaysia officer in Sweden, and his wife, Shalwati Norshal, were charged separately at the Solna district court today with multiple counts of assaulting their four children, aged between seven and 14-year old. The Court 4 courtroom was packed to the brim before Judge Mattias Moller. Malaysian Embassy officers, Shal wati’s siblings and some Malaysians living there turned up to give the couple their moral support.
Also present was Tourism Malaysia director-general Datuk Mirza Muhammad Tayeb.
“Mummy, I am sorry,” Ammar wrote in the letter, stating “it was my anger that started this. I will always love you and nothing will change that.” He ended with PS I will always love you.”
